Data collected
We collect only the data you voluntarily provide through the dossier request form:
- Form data: name, phone, email (optional), unit of interest and message.
- Technical security data (Cloudflare Turnstile): technical browser data used to verify that the form submission comes from a person and not a robot.
We currently do not use analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) or advertising pixels. Should these be added in the future, this policy and the cookie policy will be updated and your consent will be requested where required.

Data retention periods
Data obtained through the form is kept for as long as necessary to handle your request and, where applicable, to fulfil pre-contractual or contractual obligations arising from your interest. When the data is no longer needed for those purposes, it is deleted or anonymised. Cloudflare technical logs are retained in accordance with Cloudflare's privacy policy (cloudflare.com/privacypolicy).

Data recipients (processors)
We share personal data with the following service providers, solely within the scope of the stated purposes:
- Cloudflare, Inc. — site hosting (Cloudflare Pages) and anti-bot protection of the form (Turnstile). Data may be processed outside the EEA with appropriate safeguards. Policy: cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
- Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc.) — delivery service for the email containing the form data to our address [email protected]. Policy: resend.com.
We do not share your data with third parties for purposes other than those described, nor do we use it for profiling or automated decision-making.

Rights of data subjects
In accordance with the GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access — obtain confirmation of whether your data is being processed and a copy of it.
- Rectification — request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Erasure ("right to be forgotten") — request deletion of data where one of the grounds in Art. 17 GDPR applies.
- Restriction of processing — in the cases provided for in Art. 18 GDPR.
- Portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
- Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interest.
- Withdrawal of consent — withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
- Complaint to the AEPD — if you believe your rights have been infringed, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
